The position is primarily responsible for creating the weekly bulletin, sending out Flocknotes, updating and maintaining the website and Facebook, designing flyers, printed media, and verbal announcements, as needed.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient with graphic design software as well as video editing applications, and well-rounded with social media applications. The position requires the ability to set priorities and work effectively and efficiently.The candidate should have a strong understanding of the Catholic faith and demonstrate an understanding, respect and support of the Catholic Church’s teachings and values.This position is a year-round. Director of Operations
Epiphany of the Lord Parish in Sun Prairie, WI is seeking a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations is a full-time senior staff position who reports directly to the Pastor and is responsible for overseeing the day to day administrative, operational, human resource and financial functions of the parish. Candidates must be practicing Catholics who hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 5 years managerial/supervisory experience or have appropriate equivalent work experience. Proven experience using interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills in operations, finance, administration and project management are required. Key responsibilities include: managing financial operations and budgeting; supervising administrative, operational, and maintenance staff; collaborating with senior leadership to implement initiatives related to building and development activities; supporting development efforts; coordinating human resource functions with diocesan personnel; ensuring compliance with diocesan policies, legal regulations; and risk management best practices.
