Epiphany Family Faith Formation

Epiphany Parish unites four church communities under one name, and our Family Faith Formation program reflects that same spirit of unity. Our goal is to make formation family-friendly, simplified, and a blessing for all.

Schedule

Faith Formation meets on Wednesday evenings for the whole family:

• 1st & 2nd Wednesdays from 6pm-7:15pm– Faith Formation sessions (families register for one of these two options)

• 3rd Wednesday 6pm-7:15pm– Family Faith Night, where all ages grow in faith together through art, music, service, projects, games, and more.

Dinner Together

To make evenings easier for families, a simple meal is offered on the 1^st and 2^nd Wednesdays. Donations are welcome to help support this ministry. 

Location

All sessions are held at St. Albert Church, chosen for its capacity and flexible space.

High School Involvement

Youth in grades 10–12 who have been confirmed are invited to serve on Wednesday nights as catechists, helpers, kitchen crew, childcare assistants, or part of the hospitality team. Their next step is Sunday Night Youth Ministry, where they continue living their faith, building friendships, and staying active in the Church. 

Youth Ministry

• When: Sunday evenings, beginning with 5:00 pm Mass and concluding at 8:00 pm

  • Middle School YM -  Kickoff Night Saturday, October 5th. After that, they gather every 1st Sunday of the month 

  • High School YM - Kickoff Night Saturday, October 12th. After that, they gather every 2nd Sunday of the month

• Where: Sacred Heart Church and Youth Room

Sacrament Preparation

Families with children in 2nd grade (First Reconciliation/First Communion) or 9th grade (Confirmation) will receive sacrament preparation details after registration.
